The air conditioners are usually controlled during the warmest time of the day. Only the compressor cycles 15 minutes on & 15 minutes off during the control period. AC Plus (Air-to-Air Heat Pump)Air-to-Air heat pumps are combination cooling and heating systems that provide all of the air conditioning and approximately 50% or more of the heating needs in a typical home in this region. A.C. Plus units should always be sized for the cooling needs of the home. Only the compressor is controlled.
