Power Restoration
Please take the following steps before calling us regarding a power outage.
First, check the fuses or circuit breakers in your home (or in some cases located on the yard pole) If the fuse is blown, you can replace it. If a breaker is tripped, it can be reset. If so, the problem is most likely with your own wiring and you may want to contact a licensed electrician.
Second, call a neighbor to see if they have electricity!
Then, call Kandiyohi Power Cooperative at: 320-796-1155 or 1-800-551-4951 to report that you are without electricity.
Please provide us with the name that appears on the billing and your account number or location number. It is also helpful to know when the electricity went out and if you saw or heard anything at the time of the outage.
