We hear many stories of credit cards being compromised and we don’t want that to be us. To protect you and us from this risk, Kandiyohi Power Cooperative is implementing addition Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance measures. This simply means that as of August 1st KPC member representatives will no longer be able to set up or update recurring credit card payments (auto pay) over the phone. Instead, we will transfer you to Cooperative Response Center (CRC) who will be able to securely take your new information or set it up for you. We encourage you to login to SmartHub found below or download the SmartHub app on your mobile device to set up or update your recurring payments. We also encourage you to set up your recurring payments using a checking account rather than a credit card so you don’t have to worry about credit card expiration dates. If you wish to pay at our office, we have now installed VeriFone terminals (like those in stores) that we are able to take credit card payments through.
