2026 Annual Meeting

Learn more about your cooperative! Attend the Annual Meeting to learn about the cooperative's financials, accomplishments of the previous year and our plans for the future. 

KPC's Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026 at Little Crow Event Center. Doors open at 8:30am with the meeting at 9am.

Members can RSVP to attend the meeting by calling 800-551-4951 or emailing contactus@kpcoop.com. Please RSVP no later than April 15th. We hope to see you there!

Back in 2026! Online Voting

Online Voting will be available March 23, 2026. Members in District 2 and District 3 will vote in 2026.

Log into SmartHub using your SmartHub login information.

Once logged in, click the green "Vote Now" button at the top of the screen. 

Follow the instructions on the screen to vote online. 

Complete all steps until you reach the thank you screen. Your vote has now been recorded. 

Thank you for voting online!

Online Voting will be available March 23, 2026. Members in District 2 and District 3 will vote in 2026.

Visit https://www.kpcoop.com/2026-annual-meeting

Click the green "Vote Now" button on the screen. Or visit the online voting website.

Enter your Member Number and Password printed in the voting packet you received in the mail. 

Follow the instructions on the screen to vote online. 

Complete all steps until you reach the thank you screen. Your vote has now been recorded.

Paper ballots will be mailed on March 23, 2026. Members in District 2 and District 3 will vote in 2026.

Once you receive your paper ballot in the mail, follow the instructions to vote. 

Your ballot must be mailed this year, please do not bring it to the KPC offices. If you choose to mail your ballot, please mail it with enough time to ensure it is received in time. 

Please do not include electric payments in your envelope.
