Kandiyohi Power Cooperative Employees, Board, and Members:

As of today, there have been no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our service territory. However, in order to do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and provide reliable electric services to our members, Kandiyohi Power Cooperative has implemented the following actions:

• As of March 16, 2020, the front door at our Headquarters building was closed to the public.

• All rentals in our Community Room have been cancelled until April 4th with future cancellations possible.

• All employees have been asked to begin social distancing, follow CDC guidelines for hand washing and to stay home if they are sick.

• All employees have cancelled non-essential business travel and are making alternative arrangements to in-person meetings.

We are available during normal business hours of Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Our Member Services team is available by email at contactus@kpcoop.com or by calling 800-551-4951.

Payments can be dropped off at our Headquarters building in the circle drive. Payments can be made over the phone and online through our SmartHub app. Autopayments will run as scheduled on April 1st. If you are having difficulty paying your bills, please contact us and we will make a payment arrangement that works for you.

We are monitoring the situation closely and are following guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health and the CDC.
