Minnesota sent 39 students to Washington last year, part of a record 1,900+ students from across the nation who participated in the 2019 Youth Tour. Students travel to Washington, D.C. by plane.

Students have until March 10, 2020 to apply. To apply, students should complete the application found on our Youth Tour page.

The Electric Cooperative Youth Tour has brought high school students to Washington, D.C. for over 50 years. Students apply and are selected for this program by their local electric cooperative.
